During that tenure I honed the skills of strong negotiation coupled with the finesse of creating a synergistic environment for my staff and those I served. I am also an REO Certified Distress Property Expert which gives an advantage to my clients who want to invest in Bank Owned or Foreclosed homes. The Short Sale industry is alive in our market and will be here for some years to come. I have the expertise and experience in this area. I have closed tons of successful Short Sales with Bank of America and Chase Home Loans, some of the top lenders and servicers in the industry. This allows me to give both sellers and buyers the education that is necessary to be successful when embarking on listing or purchasing a short sale.
