Its so nice to hear from you again. You can't imagine how happy I am with the house. Everything is working out great. I can't thank you enough for all your efforts in helping me make my First Home Purchase! My family and I have been busy cleaning and organizing and having soo much fun. I'm already renting out the room in the basement, and that's working out as well.We just tried the fireplace for the first time last night and it was great.
